Located near Pioneer Square in Seattle is Salumi Artisan Cured Meats. Armandino Batali, Mario’s dad, opened up this specialty salumi shop and serves up house cured salumi, sandwiches, soups and other specials. I highly recommend stopping in here for a bite before you leave Seattle, but get there early, there is always a line out the door and they close at 4pm.
